Dependent upon the resources available for distribution, Maloney Alumni Dollars for Scholars offers a limited number of competitive scholarships ranging from $500 to $10,000 to those applicants who are judged to best meet the criteria of academic performance, community service, character, leadership, extracurricular activities, work experience, financial need, and betterment of community. An essay and letter of recommendation will be required.

There is no assurance that all students who complete the entire application process will receive a scholarship.

Students must complete an online profile created from the link below. 

Upon completion of the student profile, students will be considered for national as well as local scholarships. 

Quick Checklist:

  • Jan 15, 2026:  Start your online profile.
  • You will be able to view the scholarships you are eligible for after you have filled out all the necessary information.
  • Mar 27, 2026:   Last day to ask your counselor for transcripts.
  • Required: One essay and one letter of recommendation.
  • Pro Tip: You must upload Page 1 of your FAFSA report to your profile to be eligible. Check your email often for updates!
  • Mar 31, 2026:   Final deadline to submit everything.
  • May 26, 2026!   Award Night is:  Tuesday May 26, 2026
  • June 9, 2026    Acknowledgement Deadline

If the FAFSA form is not submitted and completed, you will not be considered for any scholarships. 

Students MUST attach a copy of their FAFSA report to the document section of their profile!!
